The 2022 Toyota Prius Prime (Plug-in Hybrid)

At first glance, the 2022 Prius Prime gets roughly the same fuel economy rating as the traditional Prius. The Prime has a 54 MPG combined rating. However, when the Prius Prime is fully charged, its battery combined with a full tank makes all the difference. You’ll get up to 133 MPGe (miles per gallon equivalent) when using the Prime’s battery and gasoline capabilities together.
