This is one of the “dealers” that give other dealers a bad name. I set up a deal for them and sent my parents up there. They gave my parents some low ball trade price and sold them a new Rav 4. Their Rav only had 48,000 miles on it and they gave them under 14,000 and selling it for 24,000. Basically rolled them for over 10 grand. They were actually a repeat customer too. This is how they treat older people. Stay far far away from this place. I wish I lived out there so I could have helped them.
Had an excellent experience working with my salesman Jose Barrera and finance manager Will. Very hospitable and timely. The entire process took a little over a hour. Up front and walked me through each step of the sale with full transparency. I would recommend asking for Jose as tour salesman as he is knowledgeable and very experience over 20+ in the industry. So Dillion was amazing, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They only had one manager while there so it took kind of a long time to finish up. That was my only complaint. If you ever come here, ask for Dillion, you won't be disappointed.

I took my 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited in for its 18-month Toyota Care service. They did a thorough inspection and rotated the tires as expected. I saw the technician use a torque wrench on the wheel lugs and am confident that my vehicle was serviced well.

I brought my car in for an oil change just to have one of the service techs intentionally and fraudulently tamper with my exhaust in order to get more work. If you are looking to pay top dollar for an auto repair I highly recommend Romeoville Toyota. To be clear, their pricing, at first glance seems reputable! The book hour pricing for mechanical work is in line with industry standards for my area, Joliet area of Illinois. Kimberly Quintero tried selling me an extended warranty. I kept telling her I didn't want it but she wouldn't let up. I think I knew more about the vehicle than her and the salesman combined. She was way to pushy. I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst dealership ever. We just went yday and Jon won't tell us the price for Sienna unless we wanna buy ... seriously. Its like I won't tell you if you don't wanna buy. Who does that ? Also, not ready to inform us if there is new Sienna that we like comes in. Its like buy it or leave it. I know hybrid is in demand and you must be selling a lot but customer service should be your top priority. Ken was great though, no questions so 5 star for new comer who just joined.
I was there to buy a car . I got there at 11:30 and they did not race care me until 5:40 pm 20 min to closing time ; they said they were short staff . To said the least the service is not as good as the car’s. Is a shame .

I was at the dealership for over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and visual inspection. I was told when booking the oil change that it would be quick. I was also told that Toyota OEM oil would be used, but the service ticket said valvoline. My truck also smelled like reefer when I got it back. I have yet to have a good experience at this dealership. I had not been there in a few years and will likely not be going back.

When it came time for a different one we of course came back for another Highlander. Our only complaint is for the money there should be a COMPASS!!!

Romeoville is not a reputable dealership. They put after market brakes/rotors on my car a few years ago when they said they were OEM. I had to have them replaced because they never stopped squeaking. Very distrustful dealership.
My visit today was good until I noticed on top of my car the old cabin air filter was left there and inside I noticed a plastic cover on the floor. After searching around I discovered that it was the cabin air filter cover which was not reinstalled and I had to locate where it went in my glove box and install myself. Disappointing.

I normally don't give bad reviews but this place is quite disappointing. They advertise new cars on their website, but when you call in, they don't have that car anymore. They also tell you bluntly that they are charging 'market adjustment' on top of MSRP. They would call randomly but they never seem to have the record/history of what I am in the market for.
