The RAV4 lineup is all-new for the 2026 model year, entering its sixth generation. The most significant change to the model is that it’s now fully electrified, with only RAV4 Hybrid and RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid models available going forward. Both the hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains receive major upgrades for even greater efficiency as well—the RAV4 PHEV will now have up to 50 miles of estimated range, and the RAV4 Hybrid will be available in front-wheel drive for the very first time.

Apart from its performance and fuel economy advancements, the RAV4 lineup gets a new selection of available trims, new colors, new comfort features, and new tech, including a newly available 12.9-inch touch screen display.

What’s New for the 2026 Toyota Camry?

The 2025 Camry currently has four available trims: SE, LE, XSE, and XLE. For the upcoming model year, the new Nightshade Edition will be joining the fold. We’ve seen the Nightshade Edition on a few other model lineups—it’s built off the SE trim, and features stylish Midnight Black Metallic color for the grille, antenna, mirror caps, and other exterior features. It also gets 19-inch wheels unique to the grade.

A new exterior color, Dark Cosmos Metallic, will also be available on select grades.

As a throwback to the mighty FX16 Corolla from the ‘80s, Toyota is unveiling the FX grade for the Corolla Hatchback. The FX is instantly recognizable by the vented black sport wing in the back and the custom retro badge, and the interior receives high quality Sport Touring seats and orange accents throughout.

The run of Corolla Hatchback FX models is limited to just 1,600, making it a surefire future collector’s piece.
