What do I need to Rent a Toyota from the dealership?

It’s pretty much the same as required to rent a car at an agency: You must provide a valid driver’s license showing you’re 21 or over, a major credit card, and proof of full coverage insurance.

Am I responsible for damages?

We do not offer any additional insurance coverage on our vehicles, and customers are expected to return them in the same condition as when they were rented. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. It’s also recommended that you return the vehicle with the same amount of gas, as there will be a $7 charge per gallon plus a $50 dollar refueling fee.

Can I take my Toyota rental to Canada or Mexico?

Rentals are only approved within the United States. International travel is prohibited.

Can I rent a Toyota vehicle at one dealership and return it to another?

The vehicle must be returned to the same Rent a Toyota location.
